Based in Mayfair is a prestigious finance company looking for a Receptionist with strong communication and administrative skills to join their close-knit team.
We are looking for a Front of House Receptionist, who takes pride in their appearance and always offering a first-class experience to clients and colleagues alike!
You will have strong Excel and Outlook skills, and have experience working on Reception in a corporate environment. This is a busy role, so the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to stay calm under pressure.
Your responsibilities will include:
- meeting and greeting
- booking rooms
- clearing and setting up meeting rooms
- loading/unloading the dishwasher
- ordering supplies
- receiving deliveries
- making teas and coffees
You must be able to work from 12:00 to 18:00 every day with some flexibility of working a full day on the odd occasion.
