Website and Digital Manager – To £41K
My Client a not for profit organisation is recruiting for a Website and Digital Manager who will be responsible for the management and development of all of their branded digital channels. This includes the website, as well as other communications tools, such as E: communications and social media. You will have line management responsibility for two Digital Website Editors and dotted-line responsibility for the Social Media Editor.
Key responsibilities
• Leading on website development as well as overarching design and content strategies.
• Leading on reporting mechanism and analysis of data, to further enhance user experience and audience research.
• Managing relationships with external stakeholders and agencies.
• Working with the Communications team advising on social media and contributing to social media strategies.
• Identifying and assessing new web and social media platforms that enable the organisation to reach and engage target audiences.
• Engaging staff throughout the organisation, particularly those that act as ‘digital champions’ to share best practice
techniques on content and messaging, to ensure a joined-up approach to the organisation's digital presence across web, email and social media
Person specification
• Previous experience in a similar role including line management.
• Demonstrable experience of developing and writing website and social media strategies and work plans with clear recommendations.
• Considerable experience and knowledge of Drupal and Microsoft Sharepoint.
• Ability and desire to work as part of a wider team.
