Receptionist / Administrator

We are looking for an immediately available receptionist/administrator who is interested in a short-term temporary assignment.

Our client is based in the West End, and are growing rapidly in the property management industry.

While industry experience is not essential, successful candidates must have recent experience working in a front of house, reception role.

The role will be to meet and greet visitors, answer incoming phone calls, coordinate meeting rooms and arrange incoming/outgoing post, and other ad hoc administrative tasks.
