- Liaising with customers via email & telephone
- Problem solving
- Demonstrating excellent customer service
- Daily operational administrative tasks
- Following up existing enquiries
- Escalations
- Improving procedures

To apply for this role you will need...
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service/complaint handler position.
- A degree or experience equivalent
- Ability to work alone
- Ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent telephone manner and writing skills.
- MS office experience.
