Client Relations/ Complaint Handler – 3 month Contract.

Our client is currently seeking experienced complaint handlers to join their fast paced team.
This will be a new challenging role within an energetic start up company.

This is a great opportunity to develop new customer relation skills and experience working in an exciting start up.

The role will entail...

- Liaising with customers via email & telephone
- Problem solving
- Demonstrating excellent customer service
- Daily operational administrative tasks
- Following up existing enquiries
- Escalations
- Improving procedures

Standard working hours apply.

To apply for this role you will need...

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service/complaint handler position.
- A degree or experience equivalent
- Ability to work alone
- Ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent telephone manner and writing skills.
- MS office experience.
