Fun, Finance Business Development Manager

Our client, a modern, financial umbrella company is currently seeking an experienced Business development manager to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fun, exciting, team environment.

The role will involve: -

- Cold calling
- Arranging business meetings
- Leading sales meetings
- Finding new leads
- Open & close sales
- Securing business through warm leads
- Market/ date research
- Creating weekly reports

To apply for this role you will need:-

- Previous B2B sales experience is essential
- Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of temporary recruitment market place
- Knowledge of umbrella companies
- Experience in negotiation.

Desirable

- Recruitment experience
- Financial experience

For the right person this role will have a base salary of £30K - £40K per annum + OTE.
