“Being Present with Presence”: How to Achieve Better Outcomes from Your Workplace Interactions.
Context of the Seminar
In this 24/7 and 365 world, there are increasing demands put on you, as leaders and managers, to manage, your time, the amount of information and data you receive and process, and how you lead and manage your people effectively. As you know, these 3 things usually happen at the same time.
The Session.
Our 1 hour interactive session, “Being Present with Presence” will explore how you can achieve better outcomes from your key workplace interactions.

• Practical exercises that will help you stay focused, attentive and present.
• Tools, tips and techniques to help your use your presence effectively.
• Raising your awareness of the choices you have in the way you behave, act and respond in your key workplace interactions.
During the session, you will have a chance to experience:
Being Present.
What it feels like when you train your mind to block out unwanted distractions, and keep your attention on what is happening in the moment.
Using Your Presence.
How you can bring your mind, body and voice together, to help you come across as authentic, confident, compelling and credible.
The session will be facilitated by Mike Grant and Trevor Penton of The Flourish Academy. The Flourish Academy is a learning and development consultancy that helps Managers and Leaders Improve their people skills, so they can flourish in their day jobs.
