Our client, a leading a leading health service provider and laboratory, is seeking a bright individual with good communication skills. The Client Administrator will split their time working between the clinic and the laboratory. The Client Administrator will be responsible for checking the accuracy of charging codes on Crystal and Excel reports; liaising with external clients and general clerical duties. You will also be responsible for client enquiries so a high degree of confidentiality and a sensitive approach is required.
Duties will include:
Checking the accuracy of client charge codes on Excel charge sheets
Checking the accuracy of charging information on Crystal reports
Liaising with prestigious external clients to obtain and check information
General office administration duties
As the Client Administrator, you will be proficient in the use of Excel. You must be flexible, work well under pressure and have good customer service skills.
This is a one year fixed term contract.
