Alessandra, also known as Ally, joined The Maine Group in April 2019 as a Senior Consultant on our Maine Temps team! Ally works across both Maine-Tucker and Maine Charity, providing excellent service to both candidates and clients.
Raised in America, Ally originally trained as a pastry chef, moving to Europe (settling in the UK) to enhance her skills and grow her career; a personal highlight being a development chef for Gü! After a few amazing, baking filled years, she decided to try her hand at something new and moved into recruitment, specialising in food manufacturing and food hospitality.
Looking to move into a more people focussed sector, Ally chose to join The Maine Group because the people are friendly, warm, and welcoming. She loves that we are focussed on personality and culture, and that that shows in everything we do!
