After graduating from the University of Reading in 2017 with a degree in Ecology and Wildlife Conservation, Freya moved to London from her hometown of Leeds to start her career. Originally planning on working with animals, Freya spent some time working in a veterinary surgery but soon realised this wasn’t quite what she was looking for and wanted more of a challenge – and here she is! Freya was one of our amazing candidates, but we spotted her potential and brought her in to the Maine World. Joining The Maine Group on a temp to perm contract in November 2018, she hit the ground running and is our go to girl for all resourcing and candidate care. Freya joined the Maine Family because she found everyone so friendly and welcoming throughout the whole interview process and she immediately got a great vibe! She felt that we were unique in the recruitment world, really caring about our candidates and each other, and that we are definitely not your average consultancy.
