Caitlin joined The Maine Group in March 2018 on a temp to perm basis as part of the Maine Charity division, supporting and sourcing for the team! Having graduated from the University of Brighton with a 2:1 in Globalisation; History, Politics, and Culture, Caitlin decided she wanted to see the world and go travelling for a few months around South America. After spending New Year in Rio de Janeiro and hiking the Inca Trail, she decided it was time to come back to England and make the move to London, and we are so glad she did! Caitlin was recommended to The Maine Group, and Maine Charity specifically, and she hasn’t looked back since. She became a fully-fledged, permanent member of the Maine Team un June 2018 and has gone from strength to strength. Caitlin loves working with Charities and Not for Profit organisations, helping passionate people find their dream roles and helping such great causes. She really enjoys the strong company culture and the positive team atmosphere but was really sold on the “prosecco Fridays”! Her role sees her being a Queen of candidate care, finding candidates their perfect roles and being the go to person for he Maine Charity Perm team.
