Sue joined The Maine Group in 2018 as Head of Temporaries in the Maine-Tucker Secretarial division and we couldn’t be luckier to have her! Sue started her career in permanent commercial recruitment in 1994 and hasn’t looked back since. Since then, Sue has gained experience in the whole recruitment range, working in internal recruitment, private sector, and public sector recruitment – all whilst managing large teams; she’s got the whole package!

After three years at another leading secretarial consultancy, Sue decided it was time for a change and decided to interview with The Maine Group. She wanted to work with a forward thinking, independent organisation that holds a similar mindset and values; really enjoying our exceptional approach of quality over quantity and our dedication to building strong relationships with both our clients and candidates.
