Emma joined The Maine Group in July 2017 to become a member of the Maine Charity team. She started her career in Sales & Marketing but soon decided it was time to try something new and, nearly 9 years ago, Emma decided to turn her hand to recruitment. She hasn't looked back! With a broad range of experience across commercial sectors, oil and gas, ship building, and Charity and Not for Profits, Emma has honed her skills and loves nothing more than helping people find their dream roles! After moving to London over 5 years ago, Emma decided to move into the Charity and Not for Profit sectors to give back to some fantastic causes, and where better to do this than Maine Charity?!

Emma was immediately attracted to The Maine Group through our brand and soon realised we were exactly what she was looking for! She really wanted to be part of a team with strong values and have the opportunity to work with some of the most respected names in the Charity recruitment field.
