Rachel comes to us from Sydney, Australia where she was born and bred! Rachel graduated with a degree in Business Commerce (HR Management) from the Australian Catholic University. She has always been interested in HR! Her first role out of University was as a Corporate Receptionist at Colliers International, where she managed all front of house services and looked after any visitors and guests. After being in this role for a year, she decided it was time to make use of her dual nationality and cross the pond to London. Lucky for us! Rachel came to register with us as a candidate, but we soon spotted her star skillset and invited her to interview for a role with us internally. She loves our culture and values, and has settled in really quickly! Rachel is a key member of our Maine-Tucker Secretarial team, she gets to use her people skills everyday by sourcing, registering and interacting with candidates and this is what she loves most about her role, alongside finding people their dream jobs!
