Natalie joined The Maine Group in February 2016 to head up our Sales and Marketing division and comes to us with 23 years of recruitment experience! She started her recruitment career for a secretarial recruiter in the West-End, where she worked her way up to Associate Director, Business Development.  During her time there she recruited for temporary and permanent secretarial and office support roles, whilst managing a division of 23!  She was also heavily involved in the strategic running of the business, and worked closely with clients.

After nearly 8 years, Natalie moved on to an Operations Director role for another nationwide secretarial recruiter before taking the plunge to go it alone as an external consultant recruiting across a variety of sectors including public sector (Highways Agency, DVLA, Senior Civil Service) as well as most recently luxury fashion and retail brands.

In her role for us at the Maine Group, she will be recruiting for all Marketing, Advertising , Communications and PR roles as well as Business Development, Account Management, Customer Experience and Support roles – basically anything in the Sales and Marketing space. We are so excited to have her on board!
