The Maine Group Ambassador of the Year 2016

We love to celebrate our successes, so at our annual Summer Day Out this month we awarded one member of the Maine family with our Maine Ambassador of the Year Award. Our culture and an inherent set of values are what we live and conduct ourselves by here at The Maine Group. We all engage in this, with our clients, our candidates, our business partners and within our own internal team. This is why we have an internal monthly ambassador award, with each member of the team voting for our ‘Ambassador of the Month’. This is the person who not only demonstrates, but encompasses The Maine Group’s behaviours and values and goes out of their way to embrace our culture. The person with the most votes each month holds the ambassador title for the month and wins a bottle of bubbly!

At the end of each financial year, the person with the most votes is crowned as our ‘Annual Ambassador’ and is awarded a £250 bonus to match! This year, we are overjoyed, and so very proud, to announce our Maine Ambassador of the Year 2015/16 is Jennifer Walsh!

As some of you may know, Jenny is one of our Temps Consultants. She has been The Maine Group for year now and throughout that time has shown dedication, determination, and is an unwavering team player. Some of her nominations highlight why Jenny truly deserves to be Maine Ambassador of the Year:
