5 days office based, Covent Garden
Part-time or full-time (24 - 40 hours per week considered)
£16.83 - £24.78 ph (depending on experience)

We are looking for a temporary Office Manager to start ASAP to manage the day to day running of this small consultancy office, ensuring that all office duties are completed, and the office is tidy and presentable at all times. The office manager should also assist the team with admin related and events support whilst also supporting the senior team and Business Manager as required.

Key duties:

-Ensure the office is presentable and tidy at all times
-Reception duties - ensure all guests are welcomed and looked after
-Manage relationship with landlord and managing agent and fix any problems in the office
-Set up client meetings and internal sessions
-Ensure that the office is stocked with all of the necessary equipment including stationary, printer supplies, food and other provisions
-Manage external suppliers
-Support the Business Manager with finance issues including invoices and payments as required
-Provide EA support to the Chief Executive and Managing Director
-Book travel and hotels as required
-Event management and organisation

Skills and experience required:

-Previous experience in similar role with a broad range of administrative responsibilities
-Excellent communication skills and able to communicate effectively at senior level
-Confident at working with senior level stakeholders
-Highly efficient and organised
-Team player
-Good all rounder
