Based in Stunning Mayfair offices, a Private Equity firm is looking for an Office Assistant to form a key part of their Operations and Support team and assist with the smooth running of this high-profile office!

You don’t need loads of experience to take on this amazing role, just to have some corporate exposure and a helpful, enthusiastic personality, the long term potential in this company is huge but you must be willing to help the whole team and build your experience and stature.
Duties

• Answering telephones
• Meeting and greeting clients
• All ordering for the office ensuring stock levels
• Manage staff lunch order system
• Oversee client and visitor refreshments
• Ensure the whole office is always immaculate
• Assist with and attend client and social events
• Assist with IT set up and equipment
• Support the team with travel booking where necessary
• Assist the whole team with any ad hoc needs as required.

You will be highly motivated to start your career in the fast paced and demanding world of Private Equity. The role will be extremely varied and you will get to know everyone well from the EA’s to the CEO! You will be the go to person for the whole team so you will have excellent ability to juggle and have a great attitude and love assisting with a range of projects.
