Our client, a well-known charity organisation, is looking for an enthusiastic and supportive Office Administrator to assist the Executive Assistant and Office & Facilities Manager in all aspects of their work.
Key responsibilities:
• Managing the general email boxes for the organisation
• Ensuring the office has sufficient supplies and equipment
• Managing incoming and outcoming post
• Assist with diary coordination, and meeting and travel planning
• Work in collaboration with other Office Administrators to deliver projects
• Assist HR and IT
Your experience:
• Demonstrable experience of communicating to a broad range of stakeholders
• Experience of minute-taking
• Previously having delivered a high standard of admin support in a busy office environment
Your skills:
• High level of written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent time management
• Proficient IT skills
