HR Generalist

Are you a dedicated, switched on and highly proactive HR Generalist looking for your next step? Would you like to join a global, highly professional friendly company? Do you have strong Excel and enjoy working with HR information and data to present dashboards and reports?

In terms of career level this role straddles coordinator and advisor level duties so would suit someone with a number of years in an HR career path and solid exposure to all aspects of the spec.

A well-known, global brand with presence across the world are looking for a highly professional HR Coordinator to join their London Corporate HQ. Even though this company has a huge number of staff across the world, the London office has a friendly, close knit family feel with hands on HR Leadership and clear training and onboarding processes meaning you will be in a great position from day one!

They are based in stunning, high tech open plan offices in the heart of the West End in a fabulous location with excellent transport links and on top of the lovely office, offer one day per week from home working.

Your HR Coordinator duties will include;

Manage the recruitment process for both UK and global hiring
Create and build offers, contracts and all other onboarding processes
Deliver HR induction for new starters
Create high quality HR Information reports, charts and dashboards using your excellent Excel knowledge and ability to manipulate data
Support the entire employee life cycle
Act as first point of contact for all client group queries and handle or escalate as relevant
General HR Admin duties
You must have;

3+ years experience in a generalist HR Admin/Coordinator position
Excellent Excel skills including V Look ups
Experience in( or desire to own) HR Management information extraction and presentation
A highly professional, respectful and polite outlook and willingness to succeed!
