Hybrid – London office 1-2 days a week, home-based 3-4 days.

Our client, as national health charity are looking for an outgoing Executive Assistant to support the CEO. As EA to CEO, you will be the right hand person to help them achieve organisational goals, along with providing secretarial support to 2 other members of the Senior Leadership team and manage the other 2 PA’s.

Duties

• Provide administrative support to the CEO including managing a busy diary and organising meetings
• Manage and coordinate the CEO’s diary, travel arrangements, expenses and logistics
• Minute taking and typing up notes
• Preparing high quality presentations
• Line manager to a PA’s
• Organising events and project management
• Help support in building relationships
• Provide administrative support for the Board of Trustees and sub-committees including: coordinating diaries, distributing reports and minute taking
• First point of contact for staff and stakeholders

About you

• Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Strong levels of influencing skills
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Understand Key stakeholder relationship management
• Ability to juggle tasks and hit tight deadlines but be flexible enough to cope with frequent last-minute changes
• Experience of working in a charity or non-profit organisation not essential but is desirable
