This role is a working for a friendly, sociable and fun IT solutions provider. As the Service Controller you will be a key part of the Service Department and will be is first point of contact for all clients with problems or issues, providing first line problem diagnosis and seeing issues through to resolution.
This role is e looking for someone who can make a positive impression on clients, so excellent communication skills and a polished professional approach are key.
Key duties:
• Answering service calls, effectively prioritising issues and ensuring the are logged on internal systems
• Allocate Engineers to calls, making sure all our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
• Responding to Service Control emails requesting engineers or consumables and providing quotes
• Inputting Engineer closure details for each service call and ordering parts when needed
• Advising customers on a variety of queries
• Working closely with our Logistics, Project Management, Workshop and Sales teams
• Liaising with third party suppliers
• Ad-hoc administrative support

Experience required:
• Has a customer-service focus and a positive, helpful and approachable attitude
• Has outstanding organisation and prioritisation skills and is comfortable multitasking and managing multiple conflicting priorities
• Likes working in a busy and fast paced environment
• GCSEs A-C (or equivalent) in Maths & English
