Operations and Executive Assistant

Amazing opportunity for an experienced Administration Manager/EA to join a fast paced high profile start-up and support in the roll out of this new entity on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with a solid likeliehood of it converting to a permanent role.

You will jean the team as the lead administrator and provide exceptional support to underpin success with implementation of robust systems. We are seeking organisational superstars who is able to help put in place systems to support the framework of the new entity and keep the wheels turning as they grow bigger and bigger by the day!

You will bring your seniority, admin and logistics expertise and your ability to engage stakedholders to get things done effectively and resource solutions and new services!

Duties to include:

Office & Operational Management
Recruitment and New starter Admin
HR Exec Support
Leadership EA duties
IT liaison
Invoice processing & approvals
Data storage and policies
Report running
Meeting minute taking
Capturing action points
