This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy, vibrant and creative company in a key role as Receptionist and Office Assistant. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Receptionist / Office Assistant to be based full time at their office in Notting Hill, West London. You will be confident working independently, be proactive, flexible and take a real interest in doing a good job.
Key Responsibilities are:
• Reception duties, including answering calls, taking messages, dealing with deliveries and welcoming guests
• Petty Cash
• Booking couriers
• Managing post going out and coming into the office
• Mailings
• Some IT support, a good level of IT knowledge and interest in both PC’s AND Macs is preferred.
• Dealing with the building’s management company and all external suppliers – cleaning company, plumber, electrician, IT company etc
• IT support in conjunction with IT company
• Keeping office tidy and clear
• Keeping photocopier supplied with paper and toner and dealing with any issues
• Keeping franking machine topped up with money and ordering supplies
• Stationery and canteen purchases
• Management of ordering supplies for the office
• Setting up rooms for meetings and diary management
• General support to staff
Experience required:
• Previous experience of working in a office support / receptionist role.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Loves being the “go to person” at work, and happy to support across a wide range of duties
• Team player
• Highly organised
• Good IT skills
• Can do approach
