Team Administrator - Vocational Learning

Our client is a not for profit Education and Training organisation looking for a highly organised and confident Administrator to join them

Your role will be supporting one of the Heads of department and managers to coordinate and provide admin support to create a smooth running function within the vocational training department.

Skills required:

Previous experience of working as an administrator within a school or colleage
Confident in liaising with a variety of different stakeholder at all levels
Highly organised and able to prioritise and plan a busy workload
Experienceof funding regulations
Experienceof delivering support to students including signposting to support services
Experienceof working in data management and data collection
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Previous experience of managing audit and compliance is desirable
Previous experience of working within education or training is desirable
