HR - Recruitment & Training Coordinator
£35,000 - £40,400
9 month FTC
Hybrid working; 1-2 days office / 3 days home

Your role will support the HR team in providing a high-quality service to staff and line managers. You will be the first point of contact for day to day recruitment and training queries, including providing support to hiring managers on effective recruitment, advertising and selection processes. Support will also be provided to the Senior Learning and Development Advisor by liaising with external training providers, scheduling training and induction sessions.

• Recruitment Administration and Onboarding
• Learning & Development Administration
• Working on HR project
• Supporting wider HR needs

Experience required:

• Experience of managing the full recruitment life cycle and experience of using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Experience of working with Data to run reports and analyse statistics
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload effectively to meet deadlines.
• The ability to manage and develop effective administration systems and processes.
• Very good attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, sufficient to liaise effectively with a range of contacts verbally and in writing.
• Very good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good working relationships.
• An understanding of equality and diversity principles and how they apply in a HR context.
• Experience of using data to provide reports and maintaining spreadsheets & databases.
