Lovely role working for a charming architect firm in the heart of West London, providing PA support to the Founder/Director and office management support to the office and team.

This is an interesting, varied role, requiring someone who can easily adapt to different tasks throughout the working day. You will be joining a really friendly, hard working team where your hard work ethic will be valued.

Office Manager/ PA to Principal

• Diary management for Principal/Founder
• Diary management support to the team
• Book travel and accommodation
• Input contact details in CRM system and database
• Order office supplies and equipment
• Obtain purchase invoices from suppliers for design teams
• Check purchase invoices against delivery notes
• HR administration, manage leave register
• Answer phones, take messages and message staff if they are out of the office
• Ensure files are current, liaising with job runners
• Organise file archive
• Contact remote IT support as necessary
• Asssist with organization of staff training and CPD programme
• Support project teams with administration
• Liaise with Financial Controller
• Assist with recruitment process

• Previous PA and/or office management experience
