Team PA (12 Month Contract)

Our client is a global management consultancy looking to recruit a Team PA to cover a 12 month contract supporting 5 Principal Managers.

Duties will include:

* Complex diary management taking complete ownership of extremely busy and changing diaries, pre-empting any
issues and ensuring their time is managed effectively. Booking internal and external meetings, Zoom and MS Teams
calls across multiple time zones
* Booking international travel arrangements flights, hotels, transfers being aware of the COVID-19 restrictions
* Liaising with client and their Assistants
* Processing expenses
* Screening telephone calls
* General administration duties

Salary is £35,200 + benefits

The successful Team PA will:

* Ideally have a minimum of two years’ PA or Team Assistant experience
* Have experience supporting multiple individuals in a demanding, high pressure environment
* A proactive, flexible approach
* A high level of MS Office skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint and Word and Excel
* Ideally educated to A levels
