Job Title: Office and Facilities Support Administrator
Location: SW London (Hybrid working available but 2 fixed days must be office based)
Salary: £25,000
Duration: 9 months

Our client, a wonderful children’s charity is seeking an Office and Facilities Support Administrator to join their team for an initial period of nine months. You will be responsible for managing all day-to-day general office administration to ensure the office flows efficiently.
Main responsibilities will include:
• Acting as the main point of contact for all general office & building queries, and where necessary, reporting of issues to the landlord
• Managing the organisation’s daily post function with the inclusion of arranging couriers & taxis and the processing of related invoices
• Overseeing external meeting room bookings, providing support when required and overseeing meeting room management at the office
• Managing reception area and communal spaces around the office ensuring they are clear, workable spaces
• Assisting the EA with any office-based projects as required

Experience required:
• Proven experience in an office assistant or receptionist role
• Strong organisational skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
