Project Administrator

Our client is an management consultancy looking to recruit a Project Administrator to join its Project team. This is a newly created role working in a hybrid model Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

The company works with its clients from the project idea to completion, including developing new business opportunities, understanding requirements, developing a proposal, negotiating fees and contract agreements.

As Project Administrator, your duties will include:

• Providing day to day administrative support to the Project Management team, Legal and Finance teams
• Day to day management of client contract administration including emailing clients contracts to be signed via
DocuSign
• Filing signed client contracts into the shared drive and uploading them to the CRM system
• Identifying, reporting and chasing outstanding project paperwork including invoices, contracts and amendments
• Liaising with clients, external stakeholders and the Projects team
• Supporting the Project Managers with project data
• Processing invoices and liaising with the Finance team
• Tracking payments and signed contracts
• Updating the CRM system with project details and documents
• Liaising with the company’s Management Consultants
• Producing monthly and quarterly reports in Excel
• Planning and organising project meetings and other events
• Attending meetings and taking minutes or notes
• Process project expenses and invoices liaising with the company’s Finance team and updating the project
expenditure tracking sheets

The successful candidate for this role will:

• Have project administration experience
• Have excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills
• Be methodical with strong attention to detail
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise at all levels
• Be a good team player
• Be calm under pressure
• Be confident using Excel
• Good IT skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
