Team Assistant

Amazing opportunity to join a fast growing recruitment company with modern offices in the Charing Cross area.  

You will be joining an extremely successful company, with lots of opportunity to develop and progress your career within the operations of the business.

Joining a friendly, upbeat team, you role will include:

Diary management – booking internal and external meetings, MS Teams calls and in-person meetings
Assisting the Senior Management team with administrative tasks and projects
Booking travel within the UK and to USA – flights, hotels, taxis
Liaising with internal and external contacts 
Scheduling interviews, formatting/sending out interview packs
Updating the company’s database/CRM system ensuring all information entered is accurate and up to date
Maintaining and creating Excel spreadsheets and presentations
Assisting with project coordination 
General administration duties

The successful candidate for this role will:

Ideally have previous office experience ideally as an Administrator, Team Administrator, Junior PA, Office Assistant
Ideally be educated to degree level
Have excellent organisational, multi-tasking and prioritising skills
Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Have good MS Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
