Receptionist/Team Assistant

Our client is a fast growing private equity company looking to recruit a Receptionist/Team Assistant.  This role is based in the office, Monday to Friday hours 8.30am to 6pm.

Duties include:

Meeting and greeting clients in a polite, professional and helpful manner
Booking meeting rooms using the computerised booking system
Preparing meeting room with AV
Booking couriers
Ordering catering for meetings
Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets
Updating the company’s databases (SalesForce, Contacts and Expensify
Helping to implement and improve new systems and processes
Assisting with the management of the office i.e. ordering supplies (drinks etc), office equipment
Diary management on behalf of 8 members of the team
Providing administration support to team members
Liaising with professional services firms, investors and advisors
Booking international and domestic travel arrangement including preparing itineraries and ensuring knowledge of latest COVID-19 restrictions
Assisting with the organisation of events
Taking minutes/notes in meetings
Main contact for service providers – healthcare / telephone companies

Salary £30,000 - £35,000 + 25 days holiday and discretionary bonus.

The ideal candidate for this role will:

Have previously worked as a PA or Team Secretary/Assistant/Administrator
Be happy to do this role based at Reception
Have excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Diligent and able to work autonomously as well as part of team
Have excellent organisational, multi-tasking and prioritising skills
Have a “Can Do” positive approach
Good MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
