Opportunity for a bright, personable Administrator to join an established charity based in Tonbridge, Kent, supporting the busy Training team.

If you have some previous administrative experience and would like to become part of a supportive team, with the flexibility of hybrid office/remote work, then we would love to hear from you.

Duties include:

• Office & Remote based
• Add new learners/delegates to systems, update learner qualification details
• Answer phone/email enquiries on training/learning
• Process enrolling delegates, update progress and attendance reports
• Ensure all pre-enrolment checks are processed, and documents in place
• Support recruitment process, screen CVs, coordinate interviews
• Support company initiatives

Person Specification:

• Fast, accurate data entry and excellent MS Office skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organised, good attention to detail
• Able to work to deadlines
