Successful, established business with a great team of 50, who are looking for a super-helpful Receptionist/Assistant to join them, as the Ambassador and face of the company. Based in beautiful offices close to Green Park station, 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday, and offering the opportunity for development within the company longer term.
• First point of contact for the office, providing a first-class welcome to visitors and clients
• Taking and transferring calls for the team and passing on accurate and timely messages
• Dealing with post
• Manage the meeting room calendar, prepare meeting rooms and ensure setup for meetings
• Arrange catering for meetings and lunches
• Organise conference/video calls
• Based in the office 5 days per week, 8am-4pm Monday to Friday
• Creating documents, general administrative support, scanning, filing
• Responding to emails
• A range of other ad-hoc projects - you will quickly become the go-to person
• Well presented, articulate and enthusiastic
