Executive Assistant

Our client is a global management consultancy looking to recruit a permanent Executive Assistant to support a team of 10-15. This role will be based 3 days a week in the company's fantastic modern City office and 2 days working from home. The company is growing rapidly and this is a new EA role due to growth.

Your duties will include:

• Diary management on behalf of team members booking internal and external meetings and MS Team calls
• Occasional email management on behalf of team members
• First point of contact for team members, managing calls and actioning as appropriate
• Processing expenses and timesheet entry
• Processing invoices for payment
• Preparation of external/internal correspondence
• Organising travel arrangements
• Assisting team members with client work including maintaining client files, opening matters, issuing contracts,
client billing
• Maintaining the company’s contact database (Salesforce)
• Liaising with the company’s other global offices
• Printing, binding and archiving as and when needed
• Covering other EAs during annual leave
• Assisting with the recruitment administration as and when needed

Salary is £36,000 + bonus and fantastic benefits package.

The successful candidate for this role will:

• Have worked as a Team Assistant or PA/EA supporting a team or more than one individual
• Have excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to deal with multiple
request
• Be a strong team player who can also work alone using their initiative
• Calm under pressure with a flexible and positive approach to your work
• High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion
• Experience dealing with international time zones
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise at all levels
• A PA/Secretarial qualification would be desirable but not essential
• Good IT skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
