Executive Assistant to CEO and Global Head of HR
Our client is global professional services firm looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to cover a maternity contract for 12-months. Providing Executive Assistant support 1:2 to the CEO and Global Head of HR your duties will include:
• Extensive and proactive diary management booking internal and external meetings across global time zones.
• Inbox management on behalf of the CEO
• Booking international travel arrangements
• Arranging visas for business travel.
• Taking minutes in the global meeting once a month, sending agenda
• Printing of agendas, presentations and meetings papers
• Producing reports in Excel
• Liaising with Heads of Departments
• Producing PowerPoint presentations for meetings.
• Compiling and submitting expenses.
• Supporting the CEO and Global Head of HR with project administration.
The successful candidate for this role will:
• Have previously worked as a PA or EA supporting senior level Executives 1-1 or 1-2 and ideally to C-Suite level.
• Have previously managed very busy diaries.
• Excellent organisational skills – the ability to take responsibility for own tasks and prioritise work in a calm and
efficient manner.
• Highly developed time management skills with the ability to work to very tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – the ability to communicate in a confident and professional
manner with people at all levels within the business.
• Demonstrate proactivity and the ability to work on own initiative.
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and a ‘can-do’ approach.
• Good MS Office skills
