Are you a Property Acquisitions Manager with experience within the commercial real estate sector?

This is an exciting new role where you will be required to expand with in the retail business, acquiring over a dozen new retail units. Our client is looking for a candidate that preferably has 2-3 years commercial experience.

Responsibilities:

Take charge of the process of signing new leases along side external solicitors
Find and research new properties that are suitable to serve as fulfilment centre
A sourcing target of 70 warehousing or retail units (non high street preferable) for last mile delivery warehousing space within London zones 1-3 and 150-220sqm each
Permitted use Class B1, B2, B8, E or anything that can be used for the grocery warehousing /distribution

About you:

2 - 3 years of relevant experience within commercial real estate and property acquisition
Experienced in sourcing and negotiating property acquisitions for a rapidly expanding business
Experienced working to tight deadlines with many work-streams, both internal and external
Experience in fast-paced and competitive environments
Willing to go above and beyond to secure the best properties available
Comfortable with ambiguity and short deadlines
Experienced in building relationships with landlords and agents
Have strategic experience in implementing scalable practices
