Fast-paced Team Coordinator position available – you will be joining a team supporting client projects for some of the world’s leading businesses, ensuring clients receive first-class communication and experience a seamless process. We are looking for a bright, hardworking individual with a strong work ethic who loves being part of a supportive, successful team. Ideally you will have gained 18 months to 3 years’ experience in a Team Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or Team PA role.

Duties include:

• Main point of contact for internal colleagues and external stakeholders
• Booking travel, accommodation and transport
• General administrative and project support
• Processing and set up of new client bookings
• Scheduling and set up of high volume of client appointments
• Updating availability in calendars
• Setup of financial system for clients
• Processing POs and client invoices
