Experienced Operations Manager / Admin Manager required to join high-growth, fast-paced E-grocery business based in great offices in Hammersmith. This is a very exciting opportunity to become an integral part of this organisation as they rapidly grow their UK operation.


Responsibilities:
• Supports legal operations (agreements, coordinating documents, negotiations)
• Finance admin (budgets, payments, expenses)
• General administrative management
• Liaise with vendors, contractors and suppliers
• Coordinate project activity reports
• Manage multiple tasks and projects across the business simultaneously
• Take meeting notes, create meeting and conference agendas
• Visit locations, take photos/videos and upload to cloud storage,
• Assist with translation and facilitation of meetings,
• Recruitment – advertise roles, screen applications, interview candidates, manage offer process, inductions
• HR tasks – general HR administration
• Update, create spreadsheets

Person Specification:
• Previous Operations Management or Admin Management experience
• Experience within administrative/secretarial support
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills, team player spirit
• Good problem solving skills
