Are you a highly organised and engaging events professional?

Do you have experience of running virtual events and webinars?

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Events Coordinator / Officer to join a professional not for profit to help deliver a portfolio of smaller events.

Key responsibilities;

Manage a portfolio of small events; conferences and seminars - both virtual and in person
Develop and manage detailed event plans and timelines
Budget management
Management of external suppliers and agencies to deliver events
Develop relationships with new and existing sponsors and partners
Post event analysis and performance reporting
Provide first class customer service to stakeholders involved
Experience required;

Previous experience of working with an event delivery role; with strong understanding of conferences and seminar events
Must have worked on delivery of virtual events
Strong IT skills
First class communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and work under pressure with simultaneous projects
Calm and solutions focussed
