Polished, articulate Office Administrator required by Private Family Office based in the heart of the West End, to provide operational support to an established team.

Based in beautiful period buildings with close access to the Piccadilly line and London’s high-end stores.

Duties
• Covering the PA’s holiday leave: diary management, typing documents, creating itineraries, booking travel
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, providing occasional reception cover, and organising temporary Reception cover as needed
• Ordering stationery/letterhead, office equipment and monitoring office printer etc
• Filing, copying, archiving and scanning
• Trouble-shooting any IT problems, and liaising with IT department
• Managing office facilities, and organising contractors
• General administrative duties
• General HR administration: updating starters/leavers/absences
• Dealing with Health & Safety

Person
We are looking for someone who is;
Friendly, upbeat, reliable and polished
Able to liaise with people at all levels confidently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
