The role

You will provide a seamless EA service to the Managing Director an extremely impressive, high profile individual with a huge remit and a frenetic schedule. As well as this you will be pivotal in the build out of the London function and be called upon to manage a range of projects simultaneously all whilst ensuring calmness and clarity reign amid the complexity and pressure!

You

As you can see this is a special role and we are seeking an absolutely exceptional EA. You will have experience supporting a Senior Executive in a fast paced, global environment. Experience in a start-up or biopharma environment may also be advantageous but not essential.

Due to new arising projects, Russian language skills could be extremely useful, but this is not essential and above all else we are looking for an exceptional fit.
