Office Coordinator – Temp to Perm
(must be available to start immediately on a temporary basis - opportunity to be offered the role permanently if you make yourself indispensable!)
30-35k perm salary (£16.50ph whilst temping)
NB this role will be fully office-based.

Personable, upbeat Office Coordinator needed to organise a growing, buzzy media firm in the West End. You will manage the smooth running of a fast-paced and busy environment, working alongside a great team.

Duties include:
• Maintaining/improving office procedures to ensure the smooth running of the office
• Reception duties – welcome guests, answer calls and transfer/take messages
• Provide PA support to the CEO and MD
• Manage relationships with external suppliers
• Organising meetings, managing the office diary
• Managing database, updating records and CRM system
• Provide support to the finance team – processing invoices, updating Excel spreadsheets
• Support with event management, design and administrative tasks

We are looking for the following attributes:
• A proactive, can do attitude and heaps of enthusiasm
• 3 years+ in an office management, administrative or team assistant role
• Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload
• Ability to work well as part of a team, plus plenty of initiative
• High attention to detail and problem solving skills
