Personal Assistant

Fantastic opportunity for a PA/EA to join a global professional services firm in a permanent role.  The role will initially be to support to a Partner 1-1 and will then become 1-2.  Duties will include:

Proactive diary management booking internal and external meetings, Zoom calls, resolving and pre-empting any conflicts that may arise.
Inbox management.
Booking travel arrangements both domestic and international (COVID-19 allowing)
Producing PowerPoint presentations and printing.
Compiling and submitting expenses.
Coordinating and supporting client relationships through handling client enquiries, booking meetings and building relationships with key client PAs.
Providing cover for other PAs when absent.
Maintaining contact information and ensuring the information it is up to date and GDPR compliant.
Producing reports and mailing lists from the system
Organising corporate events.
Supporting the Partner with personal administration as required.
Supporting the Partner with project administration.
The successful candidate for this role will:

Have previously worked as a PA or EA supporting senior level Executives 1-1 or 1-2.
Have previously managed a very busy diary.
Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
Be able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm.
Be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time with appropriate prioritisation and initiative.
Be able to communicate clearly and accurately.
Have a positive “Can-Do” approach.
Have excellent inter-personal skills, able to work effectively with all individuals.
Educated to degree would be an advantage but not essential.
Good IT skills MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
