Switched on PA/Team Coordinator required to join a hardworking, supportive team within a leading Executive Search firm based in central London. This is a varied role for an individual who is enthusiastic to learn, with strong communication and organisational skills, looking to join a great company and team – tasks will involve;
Project coordination
• liaising with stakeholders
• setup of new projects, project administration
• track actions for the team, accurate reporting
• update CRM system and database
Diary/Meeting management
• manage scheduling for the team including scheduling of interviews and meetings
• meeting preparation, preparing agendas, taking minutes and follow-ups
• booking travel, processing expenses
