Do you have previous experience of working on scoping and implementing new CRM systems into a large complex organisation?

Do you have a deep knowledge of how Data can be used for marketing and engagement at senior strategic level? 

This is an exciting time to be join this organisation who are currently investing heavily in their data system and need an exceptional candidate to guide them through part of this multi-year programme.

Skills and knowledge required:  

Experience of leading a data strategy team - ideally within the charity sector
Previous leadership of major change projects programme, across multiple data work streams
Exceptional communications and influencing skills - with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Developing new data frameworks and data governance
Experience of creating insight driven environment
Prince 2 / MSP certification or equivalent Project management methodologies
