This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a real change. You will be providing exemplary supporter care, responding to all donor related and general enquiries via telephone post and email. You will also be maintaining all donor data and assisting the campaign processes.

About you:
• First rate communication skills
• Experience with office administration including CRM databases, use of Microsoft office and data entry
• Exceptional customer service / supporter care
• A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards whilst working under pressure
•Knowledge and practical experience of the Gift Aid process
• Experience logging Legacy and In Memoriam income is not essential but desired
• Previous paid or voluntary experience working at a charity
