This role is an integral part of this global professional membership organisation. Your role will be making sure that members and staff receive first class support, and that the Salesforce database holds accurate data and is maintained effectively.


Experience required;

- Experience of working with Salesforce / or a similar CRM system
- Data analysis skills
- First class customer service skills
- Ideally previous experience of working for an organisation with a member base
- Ideally some membership administration experience
