Working in partnership with the database manager and head of department you will be responsible for database technical support to the fundraising team and managing requests for data insight and segmentation.  This role will also have a project focus of migrating a new CRM system for Raiser's Edge to either Salesforce of MS Dynamic and will work through preparing for and implementation of this new system
 
Key duties:
Raiser's Edge data management
Data importing and segmentation for campaigns and reporting
Data cleansing
Making sure the database is fully compliant
Training staff of how to use the system
 
Experience required:
 
Experience of using The Raiser's Edge database
Administration of Salesforce or MS Dynamics
Administering and managing SQL server
Working knowledge of data applications such as Tableau, PowerBI, R, Python
Ability to understand common data model and use of APIs for system integration
Strong working knowledge of GDPR
Able to manipulate large quantities of data using Excel or other tools
