We are seeking an outgoing, proactive team secretary with an excellent sense of humour and a great work ethic to support the Partners with all the administration related to running the firm.
You will be very organised with excellent administration skills and attention to detail, with the confidence to assist with a wide range of secretarial/ administrative duties!
Your tasks will include:
Updating all databases
Typing and distributing reports
Creating letters from template in MS Word
Answering calls, dealing with queries, liaising with clients and taking messages
Booking train tickets and meetings for various staff members
Updating appointments in the diary
Assisting with all marketing and social media
General office management duties including; stationary replenishment, handling petty cash, filing property details and making refreshments
