Do you have experience providing administrative support to a programmes team within a charity environment?
Are you able to juggle and balance multiple projects at one time?

As Programme Operations Officer working for this revolutionary charity, you will supervise contracts with service providers including processing outcome claims & payments through established data and reporting pathways. You will also assist the SIB Performance Manager in managing relationships with providers, commissioners, and investors. This may include preparing materials for discussion with stakeholders, responding to discrete provider needs, or identifying opportunities to expand the programmes reach and impact.

About you:
• Excellent project management experience across a range of varied priorities.
• A self-starter driven by results to achieve long-term goals.
• Ability to see the bigger picture, anticipating needs or problems before they arise.
• Clear communication skills across a range of stakeholders.
• Experience in sexual health and/or public sector.
• Experience or knowledge in social investment and social impact bonds is desired but not essential.
